How do I get a refund after I return the product?

Simple, your refund amount (less the delivery fee of AED 25) will be added to your FluidMagic account. You can use this to purchase any other product on FluidMagic.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Short answer, as soon as possible as each product has its own delivery timelines. Sometimes it might take up to 14 days as some orders are hand-made or procured on-demand. For your convenience we have mentioned the delivery timelines for every product on the product page.

We are sorry to see you unsubscribe, but if you really do not want to receive any more emails from us, you can follow one of the 3 options mentioned below:

  • Open any one of our emails and simply click on unsubscribe

Is your site secure to accept credit card payments?

Yes. Absolutely. We do not save your credit card details and work with well established local payment partners to process payments. Our website uses encryption technology, like Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number.

Also we do not share your email address and other personal details with any 3rd party company ever.

My address is wrong or I want to change my account details.

Just login to your account and you can change a lot of things like your address, contact details etc.

What are your delivery charges?

If your order is below AED 150, we charge AED 25 as delivery fee

If your order is above AED 150, the delivery is free

What if the product I like is out of stock?

We will mention the product availability while you are browsing FluidMagic. However if it so happens that the product is unavailable with our supplier, then we will inform you (email or phone call) and we will of course not charge you for the order.

If you paid using your credit card, we will refund the entire amount in the unlikely event that the product is unavailable with our supplier.

Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get you the product you like.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are simple and hassle free. If you do not like the item(s) you bought from us, get in touch with us within 7 days of you receiving your order and we will be happy to give you a refund in store credits (can be used to purchase your next order). Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return are unopened, unused and in the same condition as you received them. 

While our aim is to provide hassle free returns, please note that any used or opened items will not be eligible for returns.

Please note that the delivery fee of AED 25 might not be refunded and will be dealt with on a case to case basis.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to entire UAE for now (all 7 emirates). We and/or our logistics partner will contact you as soon as your order is ready for delivery.
